Permissions:

• ChatMaster.Mute: Allows to mute/unmute players
• ChatMaster.Rich: Allows to use rich text inside chat
• ChatMaster.NoDelay: Allows to bypass anti spam
• ChatMaster.HideGroup: Hides the group from variable
• Other permissions are defined in the config
