Yes! If you have some decent experience in making plugins, can understand and speak English and have open source published plugins, contact Trojaner on our Discord server.
We only support PayPal for payments at the moment. Some merchants support other payments too, you should contact them to get more details.
No, any updates (including bug fixes and features) are free of charge.
Most plugins contain troubleshoot guidelines. If these do not help you, you can always use the provided support e-mail to contact the merchant or ask for help on our Discord server.
Refunding depends on each case and merchant. You should contact the respective merchant about their refund
policy. You can find the support email on the products page.
Generally speaking, exchanging plugins instead is likelier to happen.
To protect against piracy, we have license checking on per IP or per Port basis. Although you are allowed to use the
license key on all servers you own, this means that you will have to get each additional server you want to use whitelisted.
To get a license key whitelisted, you will have to contact the merchant (e.g. via email). The first server you use your plugins on gets automatically whitelisted. Keep in mind that whitelists are free of charge.
For more information, you can read the EULA.
ImperialPlugins uses a native loader which requires certain software to be installed on your system.
We officialy only support Windows 7 / Windows Server 2008 or newer and for Linux distributions only Debian 9 or Ubuntu 18.04 or newer.
Chances are high that our products will work on other or older Linux distrobutions too, but there will be no official support for them.
For Windows 10, Windows Server 2016 and Windows Server 2019
