Features
- Make handcuffed players not be able to equip/dequip clothes.
- Make arrested players not be able to exit vehicles.
- Make arrested players not be able to swap seats.
- Change Speed modifiers for handcuffed players.
- Change Jump modifiers for handcuffed players.
- Able to drag handcuffed players about.
- Able to gag players to prevent them from chatting and using voice chat.
Player Dragging
- Handcuff a player
- SURRENDER while being close to the arrested player.
- To cancel just stop SURRENDER
Player Gagging
- Handcuff a player
- POINT while being close to the arrested player.
- Have the gag item in your inventory
- To remove simply POINT at a gagged player
